INDEMNITY -MOTORSPORT IS DANGEROUS
I agree, by the submission of this form, that Sheep Walk Academy (Sydney Erasmus and
associates) nor the Landowner will not be held
responsible for any loss / damage / death to myself, any person accompanying me, or any
property of ours, and I
hereby waive the right of any action of law or any other means against representatives, agents
or any other rider in
respect of this event/ride/property or any matter arising there from. I understand that I, the
parent/guardian/rider will
be held responsible for any medical matters or property/personal damage incurred by riding at
Sheep Walk Academy.
